Business Rules & Payments
A clear, practical overview of how RentStayNow works with one user identity across travel and property-operation roles.
What RentStayNow is (and is not)
RentStayNow is operations software for property businesses and travel discovery, not a marketplace like Airbnb or Booking.
We provide tools for publishing property pages, managing units, availability, and pricing under the right workspace responsibility. We do not intermediate bookings or traveler payments.
Instead of charging a commission or a percentage of your booking revenue, RentStayNow charges a small monthly fee per listed suite (unit).
Suites (units) vs properties
Pricing and promotions are based on suites/units, not properties. A single property (like a hotel) can have many units.
This rule exists to improve traveler trust and keep the platform focused on reliable stays.
Suites (units) vs properties
Pricing and promotions are based on suites/units, not “properties”. A single property (like a hotel or condo) can have many units.
Guest bookings & payments
Travelers book with property operators and pay them directly. RentStayNow does not hold traveler funds and does not charge traveler booking fees.
Accepted payment methods are defined by each operator or hotel and may include options like bank transfer, cards, or local instant payments.
RentStayNow subscription payments
The RentStayNow subscription is paid by the operating business or hotel. Payment options depend on your country and the available providers.
- Card payments via Stripe Checkout (when available).
- Pix/Boleto (Brazil) via Asaas (when available).
Availability can change over time. The checkout flow will show the options available for your account.
Important notes
- Property operators are responsible for bookings, traveler communication, and payment collection.
- Listings and policies are managed by the responsible operator or hotel.
- We may refuse or remove listings that do not meet quality and compliance expectations.
